10,000+ saplings planted. Now the real work begins.
Planting is only the first step. How Aranya is moving towards maintenance, survival monitoring and long-term restoration.

Trees are more than a source of shade. They help regulate local temperatures, absorb carbon dioxide as they grow, support wildlife and contribute to healthier communities. That is why Aranya, our environmental restoration initiative, works to bring nature back to urban spaces.
Our work began with plantation drives and collaboration on local environmental initiatives. More than 10,000 saplings have been planted, 4,000 of them in collaboration with the Greater Noida Horticulture Department.
Why planting is not enough
A sapling planted is a beginning, not an outcome. Long-term restoration needs site preparation, suitable planting material, watering, field teams and monitoring. Aranya aims to make tree planting part of a larger commitment to ecological restoration, one that includes nurturing saplings long after planting day.

Our next priorities
The next phase is about ensuring that restoration is properly maintained, resources are used efficiently, and outcomes such as tree survival are documented.
- Expand urban forestry through suitable planting locations and species.
- Improve maintenance and survival monitoring.
- Build collaborations with local authorities, communities, institutions and companies.
- Document plantation locations, species, survival rates and ecological outcomes.
Your participation can help Aranya grow beyond plantation drives and towards long-term ecological restoration.
How you can help
You can join a plantation drive, support watering and sapling protection, help identify suitable locations, or contribute funds and materials. Every one of these moves us towards our long-term goal of 1 Million+ trees by 2030.
